Tallula and EatBar are part of The Neighborhood Restaurant Group. The group was created more than a decade ago with the opening of the Evening Star Cafe in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, VA. Since then the group has grown to include many chef-driven restaurants and bars, a bakery and dessert lounge, a wine shop and a full service catering business.
