Our seasoned kitchen team is led by Executive Chef Robert Rubba, who takes an innovative approach to familiar dishes, and surprises with unexpected and creative flavor pairings. He works with the area's finest farmers to source locally and organically whenever possible, including Northern Neck Produce, Dragon Creek, Prime Seafood, and Arcadia Farm.
Our staff is dedicated to making each visit to Tallula a memorable one. On most evenings, you'll find General Manager Matt Molaski sharing details of the evening's featured dish, going through our charcuterie and cheese program, or helping a guest find just the right wine for their meal.
