The Neighborhood Nosh. It’s Nice.
Tallula was conceived as a comfortable, causal DC neighborhood place featuring excellent, interesting food and wines at reasonable prices. To illustrate this notion, we’ve created a nifty little program that we believe captures both essence of this brunch restaurant and spirit of the times: The Neighborhood Nosh.
Select three courses from our Dinner menu for only $35. Available all night on Sunday and Monday. Also available from 5:30 to 6:30pm every Tuesday through Thursday. So come out, take a well-deserved break on a school night and enjoy a delicious meal at a decent price.

Comfortable, smart, unpretentious, often whimsical and adamantly fresh only begin to describe the cooking at Tallula under.
Executive Chef Nate Waugaman. From the pristine fish and locally sourced beef to the unusual farmstead cheeses and deeply satisfying charcuterie, Nate has painstakingly crafted a menu based on the finest possible ingredients. His deceptively simple style then telegraphs the purity and provenance of these ingredients on the plate. The results are clean and complex, intense and delicious.
Just behind the curtains of Tallula lies EatBar, a rollicking little gastropub, barroom and neighborhood haunt. Far different in tone and tenor from Tallula, EatBar delivers relaxed comfort in the form of simply prepared small plates and familiar classics, a slew of microbrews, clever cocktails and row upon row of wines on offer by the glass. Add to this a cozy lounge in the back made complete with a well stocked jukebox and you’ve the perfect setting for a night with friends over great drinks and honest food. Opens daily at 4:00 pm and Cartoon Brunch on Sundays beginning at 11 am. EatBar does not accept reservations.
